A comprehensive course on energy project financial modeling and investment cost analysis. The course teaches how to calculate the variable and fixed investment costs related to an energy project (e.g. electricity transmission line construction). You will also learn how to use the Spackman methodology, using Excel and Python. This methodology calculates the loan repayments and investment costs for energy projects. The course also includes typical values for capital expenditure in various energy projects, as well as values for construction times.
